Slow Coaches is a social running club where you can exercise with like-minded people of a similar fitness level under the guideance of expert trainers.

At Slow Coaches we offer monitored exercise sessions in a friendly, social environment

Currently Slow Coaches are meeting at 10am on Sundays at Whitlingham Visitor's Centre, Whitlingham Country Park, Trowse.

No need to pre-book but please let Jason know each week if you are attending by calling, texting or emailing.



One lap around the lake, stretching and relaxation exercises after, followed by a tea/coffee/cold drink in the cafe!
