"I signed up to do the Boot camp just over two months ago (having now completed my second month) in an effort to kick start my fitness and weight loss. Having done little exercise since the birth of my first child six years ago and fallen into the trap of putting on some pounds I need something to get me going – and this certainly was it!!!
After the first month I managed to lose a fantastic stone and the second month was just as good with another 12lbs coming off. A total of nearly two stone in two months – I couldn't believe it. I should also add in the advantages of more energy and a healthier outlook on life. It was certainly hard at times but with the support and motivation of Jason and Matt you keep going and you get into the routine of exercise and healthy eating without thinking about it.
It is not a quick fix to losing weight, you certainly have to work, but for any one who wants to lose weight, get fit, make new friends, have a laugh and enjoy yourself I can't rate the boot camp highly enough!!! Thanks Jason and Matt"

What impresses me about Jason as a personal trainer is that he never rests on his laurels and makes sure he is always up to date with new exercise methods; for instance, kettle-bell training.  It means sessions with him are never boring and always challenging.  Add to this his attention to detail when it comes to form and you have a recipe for increased fitness, flexibility and strength.
Now, if only he could get into the habit of whooping, shouting ‘Good Job!’ and giving me high fives"
